Instructions for Abstract Submission
Read the instructions carefully before submitting the abstract
- Only electronically submitted abstracts are accepted.
- All abstracts must be submitted through the OOACON 2026 official website.
- To log onto the submission site, you will have to create a username and password.
- Author’s given and family names must be spelled out in full. Please do not use any initials.
- Abstract submission is only allowed after completion of registration.
- Abstracts can be submitted for oral paper presentation or e-poster presentation.
- The abstracts must contain original content which is not been published or presented at any other national or international conferences before the OOACON 2026.
- The abstract should not be more than 300 words. It should be typed in the box provided on the online abstract submission page. DO NOT use all upper-case letters when entering your abstract.
- The abstract’s title or author’s names/affiliation must not be inserted in the “content” field.
- No graph, tables, photographs or slide presentation should be included in the abstract.
- Once the abstract is submitted, no revisions/editing will be allowed. Authors have the option to save the abstracts as a draft in case they feel that the abstract needs to be reworked.
- If the presenting author must be changed after submission, please contact conference mail ID indicating the given name, family name, email address and institution.
- Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted.
- Notification regarding acceptance of the submission, along with the guidelines for presentation, will be sent to the author through email provided while submitting the abstract.
- The scientific committee reserves the right to accept/reject/assign a different presentation type to all the abstracts submitted.
- Abstracts must be written in English. We highly recommend that the abstract be proofread for spelling and grammar errors before submission
