General Terms & Conditions
- The amount mentioned above is exclusive of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
- Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the complete amount, as per your category.
- You can register online using your Debit Card/ Credit Card or UPI
- Spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions at the venue.
- Those wishing to attend the gala dinner must purchase ticket separately.
- While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage.
- The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
- Registration is free for children aged 0–5 years.
Cancellation Policy
- Kindly send the cancellation requests to , on or before December 31, 2025. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted on the phone or any other mode of communication.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the congress, if not earlier.
- Up to October 31, 2025 – 90% Amount will be refunded after deducting the processing fee and taxes.
- Up to December 31, 2025 – 70% Amount will be refunded after deducting the processing fee and taxes.
- January 1, 2026 onwards – No refund
